Shipping & Returns


Carriage Charges
Unless otherwise stated (eg.for special offers), all UK mainland deliveries incur a charge per parcel to cover packing and delivery at the following rates based on order value. £0-9.99 £1; 10-19.99 £1.50; £20-49.99 £2.50; £50 and above is shipped FREE . For all non UK mainland deliveries, carriage will be charged at cost. We will notify the customer of the amount before despatch.

Goods are normally dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of your order. If for any reason the goods you have ordered are out of stock a member of our staff will contact you with revised delivery details.

Cancellations Rights
In line with distance selling regulations. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days; the cancellation period starts the "day after" receipt of the goods. You are not required to give a reason for the return of the goods. We refund the total value of your order within 30 days of cancellation.

We require that any returned goods are sent by registered post at your expense and returned in good condition. Please ensure that returned goods are well packed.
